Elion Garden Apartment
The Elion Garden Apartment is a comfortable 2.5-room holiday apartment, approximately 46 sqm in size, located on the ground floor of a newer detached house surrounded by a lush garden with many evergreen trees and shrubs. You enter the apartment through a private entrance from the garden, directly into the nearly 26 sqm living kitchen. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, and dishes. A washing machine is located in the hallway between the living area and the bathroom. The 5 sqm bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, and a hairdryer. Hot water is available 24 hours a day.
Naxos Tips
From the living area, you enter the bedroom, which is about 11 square meters in size, with two windows (in front of which stands a large mastic tree) and a door leading to the garden terrace. The bedroom features a large double bed (2 m x 1.80 m) in Cycladic style with a canopy, and a wardrobe. A third bed (1.90 m x 0.90 m) is located in the living room. Both the door and windows are equipped with mosquito nets to ensure a peaceful, undisturbed sleep. The bedroom is oriented to the northeast, offering pleasant sleeping temperatures even in the height of summer.
The ground-level apartment includes a large private garden terrace at the entrance with a stunning northwest view over the Livádi Plain to the sea and Naxos Town with its Venetian castle. The terrace provides shade in the morning and until after the midday heat. There is optional sun protection for the afternoon. The entire garden area in front of and beside the apartment, with sunny spots available throughout the day, is accessible to guests. The apartment is located 3.8 km from the sea at Agía Ánna, one of the island's bathing-tourism centers. The fantastic beaches of the west coast are directly adjacent to Agía Ánna.
